2" Cretoxyrhina mantelli Very Large #1

This is a large Cretoxyrhina mantelli tooth measuring just over 2".  Teeth this size are rare.  The tooth is complete however the display side is partially bleached and the other completely bleached.  There are a few minor nicks on the edges.  See high resolution pictures for details. The tooth is from the Cretaceous age Niobrara chalk of western Kansas.  This is a tooth we have collected ourselves.
